Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your selection(s) from the Little Wooden Toy Shop. For items that are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the situation with you. For items you wish to return for other reasons, we will accept return for refund for credit, if within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs.
Privacy
All customer information collected by the Little Wooden Toy Shop is for specific use in the processing of your order and to give you customer support if needed. Phone numbers will ONLY be used in cases where an issue with your order arises. Email addresses may be used, by us, for occasional promotions and notices. If you do not wish to receive information on promotions or notices, you will have the option to unsubscribe from any future mailings.
Shipping gifts to friends or family?
We will ship to any address that you specify within the US or Canada. We can include a 'homemade' gift card, but we don't gift wrap (sorry!). Each delivery address must be processed as a separate order.
Safety and Age Recommendations
All products sold on our site with small parts or moving wheels should be considered for ages three and up. Small children should always be supervised by an adult when playing with small items.
Federally mandated 'Small Parts' warnings have been noted on
our site where applicable. Warning reminders are also included with each delivery.
